You will receive an email from Zoom prompting you to confirm your intent to join the Zoom account for Western Washington University (). If you have a free Zoom account that was set up with your WWU email address, that account will be merged into your new Zoom Pro account when you sign to Western's Zoom environment. If you already have a Zoom Pro account through Western, nothing has changed on your account except that you can now sign in using your WWU universal password.
